Sir Paul McCartney and Ozzy Osbourne will be DJs on BBC Radio 1 to mark the station's 40th anniversary.
The two stars will be the first of ten who will be hosting shows and playing the music that once inspired them.
The series, called 'Radio 1 Legends', will start on September 17, with the former Beatle, Sir Paul hosting the first show.
Other artists that will contribute include the Oasis songwriter Noel Gallagher, Blondie's Debbie Harry, the Arctic Monkeys, Gwen Stefani and Paul Weller.
Others that will also be involved are DJ Paul Oakenfold, Foo Fighters front-man Dave Grohl and big-beat pioneer Norman Cook who was better known as Fatboy Slim.
Sir Paul will play tracks ranging from Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry, and Jerry Lee Lewis to the Rolling Stones and also songs from his old band.
Sir Paul said, "As I am a legend in my own street, they've very kindly asked me to do my own show, talk about people who inspired me and play my favorite records."
